The interview process

On-boarding

  • Directing negotiations between both parties.

  • Assisting with the resignation process.

  • Maintaining communication throughout the notice period to ensure both parties are prepared for on-boarding.

  • Continuing communications post on-boarding to ensure that the you are successfully embedded into your new role.
