Founded by Hallam Sullinge-Farrall who spent over 10 years working in finance, across a variety of roles, and a variety of industries, we understand the importance of a great finance team.

Hallam began his career in audit with BDO LLP working his way up from trainee, to management while obtaining his ACA. Hallam then moved into industry working with ASOS, New Look and Yo! Sushi in management roles across financial control, commercial finance and FP&A. He uses his experience to help both clients and candidates in their search process. He's been on both sides of the recruitment process and uses his experience to tailor searches and ensure the process is straight forward and effective.
